The taste of victory!
It is hard to believe it had been 1 year and 8 months since COMMANDO HUNT’s last win and yesterday’s impressive display in the Muswellbrook Race Club GOLD CUP.
In the time in between he had been racing so honestly for some notable placings but was often thwarted by rough barriers and unsuitable conditions.
We would have loved for him to be representing our Country Stable at Randwick again today, especially with the rain pouring down, but even so- this one is particularly sweet.
Thank you to all the well-wishers, well done and go Commando!
