OFF THE PRESS had a tough debut run forced to travel wide, yet showing great determination to stick on and find the placings. Heading to Gilgandra for start number two and the Press Statement gelding settled well one out, one back. With the short straight Braith Nock knew to get moving quickly and swung the widest heading into the straight and the talented 3YO did the rest, storming home to win by just under a length.
